Here at TKC & TKCBBQT, it is important to us that your visit is as safe as it is enjoyable. There is no room in our community for aggression, predation, or discrimination of any kind. If a fellow patron is making you feel uncomfortable for any reason, or you are feeling unwell at any time throughout your experience with us, please inform one of our staff immediately and we will take whatever measures are necessary to ensure your comfort and safety.
Policies and non-exceptions:
TKC & TKCBBQT staff has the permission to remove any patron from our experiences at any time they feel the safety or quality of the overall experience is being compromised.
Refunds of any kind are not promised for any forced removal from any tour or event.
The safety of our patrons comes first, and our guides are fully trained and empowered to prioritize the safety of the group over the comfort of one. This includes when visiting establishments.
Customers may cancel, reschedule, or convert their booking to a Gift Card credit up to 72 hours before the tour using the link in their confirmation email. No-shows and late arrivals will be charged the full price and tours cannot be delayed. Changes within 72 hours of the tour are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If Tour Kansas City cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund.
